Price Match Policy

Cozzies (operated by Teameo Ventures Inc.) aims to offer fair and competitive prices across all products. This Price Match Policy explains when and how prices may be matched with other retailers.

1. Eligible Competitors

  • The competing price must be from an authorized, legitimate online retailer, publicly visible on their website at the time of the request.

  • Marketplace listings from private or third‑party sellers (e.g., peer‑to‑peer platforms, auction sites, classified ads) are not eligible.

2. Product Eligibility

  • The item must be the same brand, model, size, and colour, and in new, unused condition.

  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.

  • Limited‑time promotions such as clearance events, flash sales, liquidation, or bundle offers may be excluded at our discretion.

3. Price Match Conditions

  • The competitor’s price must be listed in the same currency or directly convertible to our checkout currency on the date of the request.

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and applicable taxes will be taken into account when comparing total order value.

  • Price matches are limited to one request per item per customer and may be subject to a maximum quantity per order.

4. How to Request a Price Match

  • Contact our support team before placing your order with:

    • A link to the competitor’s product page.

    • A screenshot showing the lower price, date, and availability.

  • If approved, a custom discount or price adjustment code will be provided for use at checkout. Price adjustments after purchase are granted only at our sole discretion and generally within 7 days of the order date.

5. Exclusions

Price matching does not apply to:

  • Auction or resale sites, membership/club prices, or coupon‑only deals.

  • Pricing errors, obvious misprints, or offers that require rebates, loyalty points, or special financing.

  • Gift cards, shipping upgrades, or non-merchandise items.

6. Policy Changes

Cozzies reserves the right to verify competitor information and to approve or decline any price match request. This policy may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
