Cozzies accepts secure online payments in USD using major cards and digital wallets, with full payment due at checkout for every order.
Accepted payment methods

Currency, pricing and taxes

If your bank account or card is in another currency, your provider may convert the charge to your local currency and may add conversion or foreign transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

Any applicable sales taxes that Cozzies is required to collect will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Duties, customs charges or import taxes for international orders may be collected separately by your local authorities or the carrier.
Timing of payment and order processing

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders are only processed and prepared for shipment after the payment has been successfully authorized and captured.

If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be created or will be automatically cancelled. You may place a new order using a different payment method or card once the issue has been resolved with your bank or provider.

After successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details, selected shipping method and amount paid.
Authorizations, refunds and adjustments

In some cases your bank may show an initial authorization hold before the final charge posts; this is controlled by your bank and normally clears automatically.

Approved refunds (for example, under our Refund and Return Policy) are issued to the original payment method only. Once Cozzies processes a refund, the timing for the credit to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider.

If a price adjustment, discount code or partial refund is granted, it will also be processed through the original payment method.
